Superstar Rajinikanth shocking political decision ahead of RK Nagar by-election

Superstar Rajinikanth tweeted today that he bolsters “nobody” in the upcoming political battle for the RK Nagar electorate of Tamil Nadu, which fell empty after previous Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa’s demise.

The 66-year-old actor tweeted after Gangai Amaran, BJP’s contender for the April 12 RK Nagar bypoll went by him, setting off speculation. “My support is for nobody in the coming decisions,” the hotshot tweeted.

Gangai Amaran, sibling of prestigious composer Ilayaraja, said after the meeting that he was welcomed by the star. Mr Amaran will confront two AIADMK veterans, previous Presidium Chairman E Madhusudhanan and Deputy General Secretary TTV Dinakaran, and Ms Jayalalithaa’s niece Deepa Jayakumar in the election.
